What is  Alberta Convoy for a Cure?
Alberta Convoy for a Cure is a Fundraiser to raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, by gathering truck drivers in our Convoy, travelling through Edmonton, AB.

How did Convoy for a Cure get Started?
The idea was to celebrate women drivers in the trucking industry by supporting a great cause.  The first ever all female truck convoy was on October 18, 2008 from Cornwall ON to Cardinal ON.  It was a huge success.  Together the ladies raised $15,000 for breast cancer research!

On October 1, 2011, the 3rd Annual Alberta Convoy for a Cure welcomed several enthusiastic men to join the ladies in raising money and awareness for Breast Cancer. In total, we had 17 participants and raised over $16,000.00 for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

This year, we want to DOUBLE those numbers! Mark Saturday, October 6, 2012 on your calendars!

We are welcoming men to join us again this year! Gather up some BRAS, Pink Stuff and other decorations!
